Country Ham Curing Day

All participants who registered for the 2025 Country Ham Project must attend our Curing Day. Country Ham Curing will be January 20th from 8:00am-3:00pm at the new Grant County Extension Office. Timeslots and more details will become available closer to the date. Please wear clothing and shoes that can get dirty, Country Ham Curing is a messy process!
